The registration period for the Graduate Education Institute for the Spring Semester of the academic year 2023-2024 has been set from May 20, 2024, to October 18, 2024.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

For non-thesis master's and distance education programs, registration invitations will be extended to applicants based on their application queue. The announcement of successful candidates who are eligible for registration will be published on the institute's official website. Additionally, successful candidates will receive notification via email. It is the responsibility of the candidates to carefully monitor announcements that are posted in the website and emails sent to the addresses provided during the pre - application phase. During the notification process, the specific date range for registration will be shared with the students. Failure to register within the specified timeframe will result in the invitation of other candidates for registration. For the thesis-master programmes, evaluation and registration processes are conducted in accordance with admission, enrollment, and evaluation criteria. Candidates are ranked accordingly, with the top-ranking individuals being announced as primary and backup students, up to the capacity of the specific program.

For master's programs involving interviews, the evaluation criteria consist of 70% of the ALES score, 20% of the undergraduate GPA, and 10% of the interview/scientific exam.

For master's programs without interviews, ranking is determined based on 70% of the ALES score and 30% of the undergraduate GPA.

For the English Language and Literature program, evaluation is based on 50% of the ALES score, 30% of the foreign language proficiency score, and 20% of the undergraduate GPA.

For the Textile and Fashion Design program, evaluation criteria include 80% of the undergraduate GPA and 20% of the interview outcome.

For ph.D programs, rankings are determined via multiple factors, including 60% of the ALES score, 20% of the Foreign Language Exam score, 10% of the master's GPA, and 10% of the interview score. Subsequently, primary and backup students are announced in order of merit, up to the capacity of the respective program.
